Artisan Pork from Heritage Hogs

American Guinea Hog meat is marbled, and much darker than the pork most people are accustomed to.  The fat is flavorful, and the meat melts in your mouth.  The chops and other cuts are much smaller than those from conventional hogs, but we think you’ll like them much better!

This gourmet, soy-free, chemical-free, pasture- and woodlot-raised pork is available from the farm and at our farmers’ market booths. We have whole and half hogs available for pre-order on an as-available basis.  Our hogs average ~80-100lbs of meat per whole hog, or ~40-50lbs per half hog.  Contact us to inquire about reserving a half or whole hog, or visit our Online Store for info on individual cuts.
